Look, we get it, you want to be able to hold a guitar before you buy it. You want to feel it, play it, hear it. We're with you. That's why we give you one week from the time you receive your product to get to know the thing. Then decide.
If it's not quite right for you, or it doesn't land you the girl (or guy) you thought it would, just contact us at email@example.com. We will arrange the return with you and we will refund 100% of your money, less our cost of shipping it to you. If you've already gone all Hendrix on it, and it's charred and in pieces, don't bother with the email since we can only refund products in their original condition.
Other than that, it's easy. Way easier than dealing with your drummer.
-Returned items must include all original accessories and packaging to be eligible for refund/exchange
