Refund policy

Look, we get it, you want to be able to hold a guitar before you buy it. You want to feel it, play it, hear it. We're with you. That's why we give you one week from the time you receive your product to get to know the thing. Then decide.

If it's not quite right for you, or it doesn't land you the girl (or guy) you thought it would, just contact us at sales@guitarworks.ca. We will arrange the return with you and we will refund 100% of your money.  If your order received free shipping, our costs of shipping will be withheld from the refund. If you've already gone all Hendrix on it, and it's charred and in pieces, don't bother with the email since we can only refund products in their original condition.

Other than that, it's easy. Way easier than dealing with your drummer.

Terms

-Returned items must include all original accessories and packaging to be eligible for refund/exchange

-Returned items must be in same condition as received

-Defective items will be refunded in full, including shipping both ways

-Returned items missing any required components will be subject to minimum 15% restocking fee

-Online purchases may be returned at one of our locations

-Order cancellations and refunds requested because of accidental order or customer changing their mind are subject to have 3% of order value withheld from refund to cover the payment processing fees we are charged on a refund.  Online payment processors charge a fee of 3% for purchases made online. They no longer refund that fee when a refund is processed so we have to pay it even if we refund an order. We generally have high order values and a high rate of order cancellation, whether that be because customer gets buyer's remorse after making a big purchase, have ordered the wrong items, or just change their mind. We are no longer able to absorb the charges for order cancellations and have had to pass this fee to customers when an order is placed and refund requested before order is fulfilled.
